Employee Training Assistance Program - Québec
The Concerted Action Program for Maintaining Employment (PACME – COVID-19) provides direct assistance to businesses to promote training of employees, in the workplace, online or remotely, in order to upgrade the skills of their workforce and to be ready for economic recovery.
Quebec benefit for low-income employees
For the retention of essential workers, the government will offer a benefit of $ 100 per week to low-income earners. The benefit is taxable and will be retroactive to March 15, 2020 for a period of 16 weeks (maximum of $1,600).
